As monitors display colors differently, so the actual product(s) you received might not be exactly
the same color as shown in your monitor.

RCC Shop and Jewellery cannot predict or control all conditions of use or handling of RCC
Shop and Jewellery products, and each user must review relevant documentation in the context
of the conditions under which they intend to handle and use RCC Shop and Jewellery products.
It is the responsibility of the user to ensure a proper assessment has been carried out. No
representation or warranties, either expressed or implied, or merchantability, fitness for purpose
or any other nature are made here with respect to RCC Shop and Jewellery.

When will my order ship?
For Australian Artwork orders placed prior to 5pm AEST, they will generally be dispatched within
3 to 4 business days with tracking and signature. If your parcel is shipped with a tracking
number, with a signature and it is not delivered after 3 weeks, you can contact us and we will
check it out for you.

Note that transit times vary depending on destination - and COVID Delays are currently being
experienced on top of the standard turnaround times noted below.
For Victorian orders : Please allow 2 - 7 Business days for arrival
For all other Australian States : Please allow 3 - 8 Business days for arrival
If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to
arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.

What if my order is lost or damaged?
RCC Shop and Jewellery will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at
the time of delivery in writing through email and to the delivery driver and in reference to that
shipping connote, nor for goods left in any place at your request. Transport delays are out of
RCC Shop and Jewellery's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays incurred.
We are responsible for any broken / damaged item(s) during shipment. Please email us with
your order number and the picture(s) of the damaged item(s) within 7 days of receiving.

When will my order ship?
For International Shop orders placed prior to 5pm AEST, they will generally be dispatched within
3 to 4 business days with tracking and signature. If your parcel is shipped with a tracking
number and signature and it is not delivered after two months, you can contact us and we will
check it out for you.


Shipping should take up to two months to receive depending on where you are at.
If your package returned to us due to unclaimed, incorrect address, etc, we will contact you to
arrange the reship. Buyers will be responsible for any shipping cost incurred.

What if my order is lost or damaged?

RCC Shop and Jewellery will not accept responsibility for any loss or damage not identified at
the time of delivery in writing to the delivery driver and in reference to that shipping connote, nor
for goods left in any place at your request (this includes any shipping option that does not
include signature required). All orders will have a signature required.
Please take photographs and contact us within 24 hours of your orders arrival to resolve, be
sure to include the order number within the email. Do not dispose of items. Transport delays are
out of RCC Shop and Jewellery's control, and we do not take responsibility for any delays
incurred.



e-Vouchers / Gift Vouchers
Valid for 12 months from date of purchase. Vouchers are not redeemable for cash. Vouchers
can be used towards any available artwork, commission piece, or any RCC Shop and Jewellery
product unless specified in voucher. Vouchers will be emailed to your noted email address.
RCC Shop and Jewellery reserves the right to change or remove (temporarily or permanently)
the Website or any part of it without notice and you confirm that RCC Shop and Jewellery will
not be liable to you for any such change or removal. Changes to the website and these terms
and conditions can occur at any time, and your continued use of the website following any
changes shall be deemed to be your acceptance of such change.
