Art Work Refunds & Returns
For Australian & International Purchases :
Please choose carefully, we do not provide refunds or exchanges for change of mind or misuse.
Goods are to be returned within 14 days from order received, we will offer a full refund of the
item via the original payment method, less the original delivery cost and a 20% restocking fee of
the item/s purchased. We accept the return of any item that is not custom items, the goods must
be unopened, in original condition, and in saleable condition. Return shipping is at the
purchaser's expense - see delivery requirements. No refunds can be given after 14 days from
order received. To request a refund, please email us with your order number and reason for
return.

Replacement Requests
Should you find an issue with a product, please get in touch as soon as possible, and no later
than 7 days of receiving the product.

Orders are shipped with dedicated shipping companies. All goods that were originally sent to

RCC Shop and Jewellery orders can only be canceled by the purchaser if payment has not
been processed. We will issue refund EXCEPT paypal handling fee (not refundable from
paypal), shipping and packaging fee (If applicable) Orders are to be paid in full prior to dispatch.
No cancellation after shipment or when a Custom is being made.

If a custom product, once
product is being made per specification; Item cannot be canceled as to the work being put in the
product. If you are purchasing an item under a Promotion/Sale, please refer to T&C's in
particular to that Sale also. Offline payments are to be made within 7 days of order being
placed, if payment is not received, the order will be canceled with or without notification to you.
RCC Shop and Jewellery reserves the right to sell its products at its discretion.

All products are quality checked before shipment, however, they might have tiny flaws. We ship
only the ones that we consider as acceptable. If you are not satisfied with the product you
purchased, please contact us.
