Shipping & Delivery
For Australian Purchases :
RCC Shop and Jewellery orders to the address noted at checkout. It is the customers
responsibility to ensure the shipping address is entered accurately. RCC Shop and Jewellery
takes no responsibility for orders being shipped to an incorrect address. RCC Shop and
Jewellery takes no responsibility for the cost of orders being returned to sender, and then
reshipped to the customer, due to an incorrect address entered.
We try our absolute best to keep our flat rate shipping, exactly that ... "flat".

However for some Regional, Rural & Isolated areas, additional shipping fee's may apply due to
lack of delivery resources in the area - if you are concerned that your order may attract
additional fees, please feel free to contact us via email with note of what you would like to order
and we shall advise if additional fees are applicable. Alternatively, please place your order as
per usual, and you will receive an email if in the chance that any additional fee's apply.

Taxes and Custom Duties
We do not charge any fees on duty, taxes and customs. Buyers are responsible for the customs
duties in their countries in case there is any.

Express Post Shipping Option
Please note that all goods are approved for Express Post Shipping.
If the Express option is selected, and your order consists of any of the above items, your order
will move via Standard Shipping.
IMPORTANT : Transport delays are out of RCC Shop and Jewellery's control, and we do not
take responsibility for any delays incurred.

For International Purchases :
Pricing excludes any Duties or Taxes applicable in your country of residence.

order via their chosen shipping method.
